I8GA is the Venture Studios that support our fund's startups going global. We help set up and run operations, win first customers, raise, localize product, marketing, PR and more - whatever it takes to enter new markets efficiently and compete globally … while staying focused on what matters.

We are not theoreticians, but experienced operators. Our work is practical and actionable.
We work inside your team - on the doing, not just the thinking.
Our work together builds trust - and serves as important due diligence.
Building something new, and bringing it into the world, is not a short-term sprint. We build relationships that last a lifetime.
What we learn goes back into the community.

We are your virtual on-the-ground team, with everything you need for a strong start. Primarily the US - also LatAm, Southeast Asia, MENA, the EU.
Test problem-market fit in a new market, refine and localize product, align pricing, strategy, scripts, run demos and lead gen, win first pilot customers, generate revenue - whatever it takes.
Open legal entities and bank accounts, bookkeeping and taxes, run an office, recruitment and HR, full support of your visits. Your virtual in-country representative office.
Prepare and execute fundraising, build syndicates, close rounds. Getting to this step usually requires Ops and Sales traction. We often invest ourselves.
Place stories in key publications, run SMM, webinars, full-stack marketing - promote startups and new tech. Externally, Pchol Kollektiv.
Develop and refine technology - and plug in the latest AI. Product, architecture and engineering support from operators who have shipped.
Design, brand and product experience for a new market - websites, decks, materials, the whole public face - localized, not just translated.
In 3-6 months we hold a formal go-pause-stop review, and either stop - and understand why - pause, or continue.
Some startups are accepted into global accelerators along the way. Stages overlap; durations are typical, not promised.
Every Studio brief starts as a board like this one. Your team sees it every week, and when the engagement ends the playbook stays with you.
First paying pilots in a new market, for a product that already has customers at home.
We help corporates test and access new markets, build Corporate Venture groups (CVCs), and access global best practices, trends and deal flow - a de-risked pipeline for partnerships, pilots and future acquisitions.
We partner with top technical universities and institutes - the Big Ideas Contest, acceleration curricula, market mapping - so that research teams reach customers, not just publications.
“I8GA are true locals that helped us open bank accounts, support our trips to the Valley and lots more. They saved us time and tons of money - and they made it real. From running around getting the right SIM cards, to hikes and surfing in the Pacific, to meetings, conferences, legendary home-cooked breakfasts. There are a million things to do to enter a new market. Thanks to I8GA, coming to Silicon Valley now feels like coming home!”
“Grew our valuation 10x and generated $1.3M new revenue since we started with I8GA Sales.”
“We got published in TechCrunch and then another 7 places. It helped us right away with inbound leads, we got a speaker slot at a key conference, it helped us recruit, and much more.”
“After helping us win first traction, I8GA Advisory helped raise and close our $4.5M round.”
Yes. Each Studio works à la carte - Operations alone is the most common start. Many companies add Sales once the entity is live, and Fundraising once traction exists.
Terms and pricing live in the one-pager, on request. Consultation is free for alumni of the Intensive. We aim to save you 1-3 years and the costly mistakes - the engagement is priced against that.
Often. Our work together is the deepest due diligence there is, and Innov8 Global Ventures backs many Studio companies. The Studios do not require it.
Founders and operators who have done it before - 30 years in Silicon Valley, 20 on the ground in the CIS. Not theoreticians: we execute alongside your team.
Operations sets up in about a month. Sales tests traction over 3-6 months. Fundraising follows once traction exists. At 3-6 months we hold a formal go-pause-stop review.
